Insta Resource is looking for an experienced Mapinfo Pro 19 Developer for one of our Reputed client in Reading, UK-

Job Description:

Hands on experience on below technologies…

  • Candidate must have valid UK Government Security Clearance.
  • Over all more than 6 years of hands on experience of Precisely Mapinfo Pro 19 development with Telecom Mobile domain.
  • Hands on experience (at least 2 project) of Mapinfo programming, StreetPro, Open Layers to develop customized telecom mobile applications.
  • Must have experience on Oracle Spatial Database 19C programming, Oracle programming to access data on the Internet over HTTP.
  • Experience to develop bespoke Scripting interfaces with various core network interfaces like Nokia, Ericsson…etc
  • Good Knowledge on Map Server, Geo-Location Cell Data standards, Java API development, Python Programming.
  • Knowledge on Creativity Software.
  • Experience on requirement analysis, estimation, solution designing for telecom mobile domain.
  • Rich experience in various GIS tools and integration solutions
  • Involvement in the activity of live issues and route cause analysis.
  • Ready to work for 24X7 application support on rota.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Cellular network is essential like MTPAS process (Access class Baring, Call restriction, Drop call), Gateway Mobile Location Centre, Parenting, Re-parenting, Neighbor relations.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and at least knowledge on basics of ticketing system (Incident management, Problem management, change management)

Other preferred Skills :

  • Good knowledge on Unix Shell Scripting, Windows Power shell scripting
  • Good knowledge of RNC, BSC, LACOD, SGSN & TAC Capacity Planning
  • Good knowledge of process involving network resources, network performance stats, Out of service, Poor coverage area, network coverage etc.

Salary: Up to £75,000.00 per year
